

Technical Operations I
Kassem is currently an IT Support Specialist. His primary role is to support our large client base with their hardware and software needs. This consists of support for computer systems that are essential for business, such as Office 365, and troubleshooting for system users via Azure AD as well as on premises AD. He also perform on-site support for hardware and networking needs, such as firewall, Access Point, and switch installations, along with computer setups.
At the moment, he is working on a Computer Science degree at Wayne State University.
